About the Instrument Commissioning Progress Tracker
Commissioning progress is easier to manage when every system shows the same stages. This tracker makes bottlenecks visible, such as loops installed but not cold loop checked.
How to fill in this template
- List systems and total loops from the instrument index.
- Update counts for each stage weekly.
- Percentages calculate automatically.
- Use remarks for blockers.
- Share the summary in progress meetings.
What the formulas do
- Stage % = stage count ÷ total loops.
- Overall % = (installed + calibrated + cold loop + hot loop) ÷ (4 × total).
